Styling 2
Working with Melbourne-based pop punk duo Cry Club, a tea party-meets-horror scene is created. Using colour to grab the eye, pale pinks and rich reds mirror the similarities between sweet cherries and blood-soaked icing. Created for social media posts, an album cover and promotional poster, staging and unique visuals draw the audience into a party that really comes alive. Each shot is unique from the rest, creating a dynamic experience as the set slowly deteriorates into madness and piles of demolished cake.
In addition, a secondary tarot-themed photoshoot was created for the release of Cry Club’s new single, Nine of Swords. Blues and yellows intertwine to create an aura of fortune-telling and grim uncertainty as each new card is drawn. Want your fortune read?
